Jason Schifman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare consulting and strategic leadership. As President and Co-Founder of SCALE Healthcare, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving healthcare delivery. His prior roles include EVP of Strategy at Physicians Endoscopy and VP of Finance at Frontier Healthcare. Mr. Schifman began his career in investment banking at Union Square Advisors and Credit Suisse. He holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ryan Scrivano is an Associate with 8 years of experience in finance and alternative investments. Prior to joining, he served as an Investment Analyst at Sentry Financial, focusing on private equity investing across multiple industries and equipment finance leasing. In this role, he was responsible for constructing and maintaining financial models, developing annual budgets, analyzing monthly financials, and evaluating company credit risk. Before Sentry Financial, Mr. Scrivano was an Investment Operations Associate at Utah Retirement Systems, monitoring pension fund performance in private equity and hedge fund investments. He also held positions as a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley and a Credit Risk Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Scrivano holds a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Keene State College.
